Swan Transformations provides powerful and life changing retreats for women that are in crisis and need to make change in their lives.

We first worked with Swan Transformations a year ago when we provided some marketing consultancy advice and guidance.

Challenge

They came back to us a year on as they had changed their brand and focus. They needed help marketing themselves going forward. They were still slightly unclear about who they were aiming at and want they wanted to achieve. Through some further marketing consultancy we were able to help them clarify their focus.

The outcome of this consultancy revealed weaknesses with the website:

> The overall design lacked impact and was messy.

> The messaging was confusing.

> The targeting was not focused on the refined target market.

Solution

We undertook a complete overhaul of the website.  Specifically our support included:

> Redesigning the whole website, including sourcing images.

> Drafting all the content for the new website.

Just a couple of days after the website went live our client emailed to say that they were getting “loads of positive feedback” about the new website.
