Released last month, LinkedIn has added some new LinkedIn business page features. If you have a LinkedIn business page, it’s worth taking a look and taking advantage of these enhancements. Here’s a summary of what’s new.
New LinkedIn business page features
You can now add a short (up to 120 characters) tagline on your page to describe your page. This appears in the header of your page so is one of the first things that visitors to the page will see.
Customised call-to-action button
Also within the header of the page, you can now add a call-to-action button. There are five options to choose from:
- Contact us
- Learn more
- Visit website
This button option gives you the opportunity to drive visitors to any landing page you want. For tips on what to include on a landing page see our recent blog.
The new content suggestions feature enables you to discover trending topics amongst your target audience. This handy tool can provide inspiration for what content to share in your posts to attract your audience and engage with them.
When you’re in admin view, you’ll see “Content Suggestions” as a tab at the top of the page. When you click on the link, you can filter your search, and then LinkedIn will show you trending content for the last 15 days.
