Exeter-based Space is a niche commercial property consultancy that acts for clients across the South West.

Space focuses solely on acting on behalf of occupiers and tenants. It provides three core services namely, property audit, lease renewal and property relocation. Space approached me to develop a marketing strategy and plan as it felt its marketing was too ad hoc and lacked focus.

To assist Space to focus its marketing and increase its return on investment.
