Email Marketing Campaign
The Approved Franchise Association (AFA) is a non-profit making, ethical franchise association dedicated to promoting the highest standards within the franchise industry. It provides membership and accreditation to franchisors.
The AFA needed a simple way to regularly communicate with its franchise members to keep them up to date with developments at the AFA and in the wider franchise community.
We undertook a complete overhaul of the website. Specifically, our support included:
- A quarterly email newsletter to the member database.
- We designed the template, drafted the content and sent the newsletter on behalf of the AFA.
- AFA members kept up to date in a timely and effective manner.
- The AFA fulfils a key obligation to its members with little disruption to its day to day operation.
