New Product Promotion

Bitpod is an Exeter-based online video marketing company, working with a wide variety of clients to produce the perfect video solution for online use.


Bitpod engaged us to help them launch and promote “OnScreen”, their new regular video production service.


We undertook a two-stage approach.

Stage One

  • Research the market and develop a 12-month marketing plan including recommendations on branding, pricing and specific marketing activities.

Stage Two

  • Undertake a specific marketing campaign – a targeted direct mail campaign to a select group of businesses, which included:
  • Researching and developing the target mailing list.
  • Drafting the direct mail piece.
  • Telemarketing follow up.
  • Advising on future engagement with the direct mail recipients.


  • A clear, focused and achievable 12-month marketing plan to promote the service and secure new clients in the most effective way.
  • 50% success rate: 16 positive leads generated from 30 businesses.
