The Royal York & Faulkner Hotel is a family-owned business in Sidmouth. As well as the hotel, the family also own a cafe-bar and spa.
Challenge
The owners were looking for someone to take on the social media management and content marketing for the three businesses.
Solution
Our monthly support includes:
- Managing the three Facebook pages including posting, advertising and responding to comments and messages.
- Writing and posting blogs on each of the websites.
- Designing, drafting and sending email updates and newsletters.
- Making content updates to the hotel website and creating landing pages to support advertising campaigns.
Outcome
- Regular sharing of content across Facebook, email and the hotel website generates inbound enquiries with little input required from the owners.
