Social Media & Content Marketing

The Royal York & Faulkner Hotel is a family-owned business in Sidmouth. As well as the hotel, the family also own a cafe-bar and spa.


The owners were looking for someone to take on the social media management and content marketing for the three businesses.


Our monthly support includes:

  • Managing the three Facebook pages including posting, advertising and responding to comments and messages.
  • Writing and posting blogs on each of the websites.
  • Designing, drafting and sending email updates and newsletters.
  • Making content updates to the hotel website and creating landing pages to support advertising campaigns.


  • Regular sharing of content across Facebook, email and the hotel website generates inbound enquiries with little input required from the owners.
