WFC is an award-winning fit-out contractor specialising in the UK leisure industry. Its clients include independent and multiple venue operators nationwide.

WFC wanted to use social media to raise its profile and engage with potential clients and referrers.

Challenge

WFC was already using Twitter and Facebook but the Business Development Manager wanted training on how to use the tools more effectively.

Solution

We provided a tailored one-day training session, which included:

  • Introducing four of the key social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+) and demonstrating how to use them effectively for business.
  • General advice on brand consistency, social media etiquette and how to manage social media well.

Outcome

At the end of the session, the Business Development Manager had an improved understanding of the social media channels and was confident in how to use them for the benefit of the business.
