Your outsourced marketing department

Strategy-and-marketing-planning

Your outsourced marketing department. What does that mean?

At Straight Marketing, we take on the role of your outsourced marketing department. This arrangement means that we carry out your marketing activities as if we were your in-house marketing team. But without you having to employ lots of people.

We work out what marketing needs doing and then get it done.

Who needs an outsourced marketing department?

If you want to grow your business but don’t have the time, the expertise, or the internal resource to market your business, you need an outsourced marketing department.

We work with lots of busy business owners who pass the marketing baton to us to get on with running their business.

How does it work?

We start by developing a marketing strategy and plan. Then we execute it. Each month, we’ll agree with you what tasks we’ll undertake and then deliver them. We can take care of your entire marketing needs or just carry out specific agreed tasks.

We’re on hand throughout the month to respond to your queries and deal with any unexpected marketing concerns.

The longer we work with you, the better we get to know your business, and the more effective we become.

Why outsource your marketing?

Flexible resource – outsourcing allows you to scale up or down as you need to.

Expertise – using a marketing agency gives you access to a high marketing skillset that would be expensive and impractical to employ permanently in-house.

Cost-effective – you only pay for the time you use, and you don’t have the additional costs that come with employing staff. Also, you’ll be looked after by a senior marketing professional who’ll be quick and efficient.

Fresh perspective – an external person brings a fresh perspective and an alternative viewpoint. A consultant is free from the constraints of how you’ve always done things and comes with new insight and ideas.

Time-saving – passing over the marketing responsibility will free up your time, or that of your colleagues, to focus on running your business.

Maintain momentum – it’s easy to let marketing slip when you’re busy. If you have an external marketing agency, they’ll keep up the momentum and help keep a continual pipeline of new enquiries and customers.
